WHAT SHE DOES
Flora sets the creative direction at Evolution Content. She directs principal interviews, architects story strategy, and works one-on-one with the executives in our premium tier — while a team of producers, editors, and writers brings the same standard to every engagement. After two decades shaping documentary and branded work for major networks and global brands, she founded Evolution Content to make that level of craft accessible to more than the handful of brands who could afford it. Her short film screened at Sundance.
She has also built and licensed multiple course programs driving multiple seven figures in revenue, designing for the user journey: engagement, retention, and outcomes.

WHY SHE LOVES THE WORK
Because she's interested in people. The story is the artifact, but what she's really doing is sitting across from a leader and listening hard enough to hear the thing they haven't quite said yet. The film is just what comes after.

THE TEAM
The people behind the work.

Shiseya
General Manager
WHAT SHE DOES
Seya keeps Evolution Content running smoothly from the inside out. She oversees day-to-day operations, manages client communications, coordinates projects and production, and keeps the team aligned across timelines, priorities, and deliverables. She works closely with Flora and the creative team to turn ideas into clear plans, keep projects moving, and make sure clients feel supported at every step. In many ways, she’s the person connecting the dots between the vision, the people, and everything it takes to bring the work to life.
WHY SHE LOVES THE WORK
Because she loves making things come together. She enjoys the mix of people, problem-solving, and organization that comes with working behind the scenes. Every project has its own moving pieces, and Seya likes figuring out how they fit together, anticipating what’s needed next, and creating the structure that allows great creative work to happen. For her, the best part is seeing an idea go from a conversation to something real, knowing she helped make the path there a little smoother.

Jas
Project Manager
WHAT SHE DOES
Jas is the connective thread behind Evolution Content's productions. She transforms ideas into actionable plans, aligning people, priorities, and timelines so every project moves forward with clarity and purpose. From building production systems and refining workflows to coordinating across creative teams and managing client deliverables, she creates the structure that allows every story to be produced with care.
While others are focused on the next cut, the next design, or the next interview, she's looking at the whole picture, anticipating what's needed before it becomes urgent and making sure every moving piece arrives where it should, when it should.
WHY SHE LOVES THE WORK
Because someone has to hold the thread.
Every production is made up of hundreds of decisions, conversations, deadlines, and unexpected turns. Jas finds meaning in weaving those pieces together so the creative team can stay focused on what they do best. To her, project management isn't about checking boxes—it's about building trust, creating momentum, and making the impossible feel organized.
When everything is in its right place, the work has room to become something greater than the sum of its parts.

Freddie
Graphic Designer
WHAT HE DOES
Freddie creates the visual pieces that help brands show up with clarity and personality. He designs everything from brochures, flyers, and postcards to other marketing materials, bringing together imagery, typography, layout, and brand elements to create work that feels polished and purposeful. Whether the goal is to inform, promote, or simply make a brand more memorable, Freddie focuses on making sure the design says what it needs to say at a glance.
WHY HE LOVES THE WORK
Because there’s always more than one way to tell a story. Freddie enjoys taking a blank page and figuring out how to make the right combination of images, words, and design elements work together. He pays attention to the details that can easily be overlooked, while always keeping the bigger picture in mind. For him, good design isn’t just about making something look nice. It’s about making people notice, understand, and remember it.
