Today, I am reflecting on the meaning behind Juneteenth. How can we propel talented Black women even higher in the tech industry and in our world?
Only 3% of computing roles are held by Black women, even though they represent the highest workforce participation rate at 58.8% of all women in the US. So Girls In Tech New York continues to dedicate itself to advancing Black women in technology.
